We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Pricing

All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling.

Delivery

When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and despatch all orders within 3 days. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team at sales@puzzlesplus.co.uk.

All parcels are sent First Class with the Royal Mail, via Parcel Force or via our appointed courier service.

Part shipping of orders is done at our own descretion.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please make your selections carefully. In line with current legislation we do allow a 'cooling off' period, and will accept returns, providing these are made within forteen days of you recieving your goods AND the item reaches us in its original condition (the item must be unopened) - You do not have to give a reason. Please contact us before returning any item.

All refunds will be processsed within 14 days. Please note that we can not refund the postage on any items returned to us. If returning a product to us, please email sales@puzzlesplus.co.uk with the details before doing so. We can not refund the shipping cost of delivering the jigsaw/s to you. If you received free postage or paid postage our real cost will be deducted from the refund.

We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you of any expected delay in despatch. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please email our Customer service team at customers@puzzlesplus.co.uk

Customer Complaints

If you are unhappy with the service you recieve from Puzzles Plus please contact us immediately so that we can correct the situation. All emails we be responded to within 7 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been solved.

Customer details

Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. We may, however, periodically email you with information relating to this website and any forthcoming affiliated sites. If you wish to be removed from any mailing lists, please contact our sales team.

Safety

Please be aware that children should be watched at all times while playing with the jigsaws. The jigsaws should only be used on flat surfaces. Not all puzzles will be suitable for children, if you are unsure please contact us. Beaware that the jigsaws cointain small pieces and if used incorrectly may cause harm.

Ways of Paying

For security purposes all credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by Streamline, our clearing agents. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc) and Switch.
